2 rainbows in one day

What if one sees a rainbow after having already said the bracha upon a different rainbow?

There is an opinion that the bracha upon a rainbow may only be said once every 30 days. According to this opinion, if one sees a second rainbow less that 30 days after making the bracha upon a different rainbow, he should not say another bracha.

However, the halacha follows the opinion that the bracha upon a rainbow may be said many times within a 30-day period. Therefore, if one already said the bracha upon a rainbow and then even a few hours later, sees a different rainbow in another direction of the sky, he may say the bracha again on the second rainbow.
